Where You Look is Where You Go

Noelle Pikus-Pace grew up in Utah and took advantage of the many opportunities for outdoor sports. In 2005 she became the first woman to ever win the Overall Skeleton World Cup Title and was favored to win gold in the 2006 Winter Olympics..After a broken leg kept her from competing, she came back the next year to win the World Championships. The next few years were filled with starting a family (a daughter, Lacee born in 2008 and son, Traycen in 2011) and intermittent competition as she and husband Janson took time off to nurture their young family. In the 2010 Winter Olympics, Noelle finished 4th in the skeleton just one-tenth of a second short of medalling and planned to retire. However, She and her family decided to give the Olympics one last shot and in 2014 she took home the Silver Medal at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Russia.
